An executive sedan may suit a principal traveller and city meetings, while an SUV or group vehicle may be more appropriate when passengers, luggage or the route require additional capacity. A preferred make or model can be included in the request without treating it as guaranteed stock.

For requested 4x4 or self-drive arrangements, the written proposal must state the exact vehicle, licence and age requirements, deposit, insurance, mileage, permitted roads and any cross-border limitations before confirmation.

How is luggage capacity checked?

Provide the number and approximate type of bags together with passenger count. Capacity is then matched to the actual proposed vehicle.

Does a vehicle image guarantee that model?
